Welcome to www.studio40.art (the “Website”). By accessing this site or booking a session with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our site, including browsers, customers, and participants.

Please read this page carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this site or our services.

About Us

This website is operated by Studio40 Art. Throughout these terms, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Studio40 Art.

“You”, “customer”, or “participant” refers to anyone booking a session or purchasing through our site.

Using Our Website

By using our website and purchasing tickets, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our site means you accept those changes.

We reserve the right to modify content, prices, or policies at any time.

Payments & Processing Fees

All purchases are made in GBP (£) and include VAT (20%) unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

  • Apple Pay

  • Clearpay

  • Klarna

A processing fee applies:

  • £1.50 per ticket for public, pop-up, or partnership events

  • 2.5% for private events and uncategorised purchases

Processing fees are non-refundable.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Public Events:

  • Free rescheduling once, up to 7 days before the event

  • £15 fee per ticket for reschedules or cancellations made 48 hours to 7 days prior

  • No changes allowed within 48 hours of the event

  • No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable

Bookings & Confirmation

When you book a session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with event details. This confirms your acceptance of these terms and acts as your proof of purchase.

In-Event Purchases

  • All studio purchases are in GBP and include VAT

  • Refunds for studio purchases must be requested via email: info@studio40.art (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)

Cancelled Sessions

If we cancel an event, we’ll notify you at least 24 hours in advance. You’ll be offered a credit or free reschedule.

Marketing & Promotions

By booking or purchasing, you agree to receive email and SMS updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via email or by clicking the link in our emails.

We may also run competitions or promotions — separate terms will apply.
